Folks,

I need to maintain Multiple Actions for an Employee on Same date in PA40.

Example:

An Employee of an Company , got Confirmed and Got Salary Hike on the Same date.

I Executed RPUEVSUP program also for Activation of Additional Actions and

In T77S0 table: below value also maintained

Group name Semantic abbr. Value

ADMIN EVSUP 1

In T529A table:below value also maintained

Field Value

Action Type A3 (Confirmation)

Update IT0000 X

Update IT0302 X

Field Value

Action Type A9 (Salary Hike)

Update IT0000 X

Update IT0302 X

Everything is maintained correctly ,

Though its not allowing me to create me an MULTIPLE ACTIONS on same date in PA40 and throws me an Information Message

stating "This entry deletes a record".

Can any one Provide me a correct Solution.

Answers will be rewarded.

Surendar

Hi,

Please check the config if the emp status field has a value for the additional action that you are trying to create.

If there is a status value entered, please remove it and then try running the action.

Cheers

Hi Surendar,

You can perform multiple actions in one day but employee status SHOULD NOT be changed same day. i.e., you cannot run two actions same day which changes employee status.

In addition to your....

Check for table T77S0 -

> ADMIN EVSUP switch = 1 and check for T529A for your actions....

Perform the below steps..

SPRO-->Personnel Management -

> Personnel Administration->Customising procedures-->

Actions -

> Set up personal actions -

> Activation Additional actions

Hi,

This is normal message. As you know IT 0000 doesn't allow to save more than 1 entry per day. SAP recommends to use IT 0302. From your message I see that you are already using it.

So the message says last record will overwrite first record in IT 0000, but record in IT 0302 will remain. So when you will create reports just make sure that you use IT 0302 for actions reporting, there you will have all actions.

Cheers
