Planned Cross Docking in WM

Hi All,

I am attempting to implement Planned Cross Docking (One Step).......I have created both the Inbound Del and the Outbound Del. Now I am attempting to link the Inbound to the Outbound via the 'Cross-Docking Monitor'. On the selection screen I give the reference Doc number of the Inbound and the Outbound and the relevant documents are picked.

Next I attempt to right click on the Inbound and select 'Plan Cross-Docking' but the system throws the following error message:

"No matching documents found"

Any idea as to what I should be looking at.

Your help is immensely appreciated.
