tax calculation

Hi Gurus;

Please can someone explain to me this problem:

Tcode : Miro (invoice verification)

when i change the tax rate in tax tab (INVFO-MWSKZ) the sytem doesn't calculate the tax amount, he do it only when I change it in the line item tax tab (DRSEG-MWSKZ), i have only one item in my invoice.

In invoice verification u can do the changes in tax rate.

Excise duty percentage u wanted to change or exchange rate for foriegn currency ???

Because if u wanted to excise rate percentage , go to J1ID , excise rate change slecet the chapter Id and change the percentage save the posting invoice .

If u want to change exchage rate , i.e foriegn currency.

Then in MIRO only u can do the chages in exchange rate.

Any clarification revert.

the problem is when i change % of tax rate from the list (I have to many rate in the tax list) the system doesn't calculate the tax amount. there is no link between tax tab in the header and in ths item line tab.

Can u tel me what tax code r u using in PO and U want to chage in MIRO.

Expalination with details needed ....

Whether , excisable material u procured and do u want to chage the that ???

I don t want to change any tax value, only when i try to take another tax % (different of 0%) in the basic data-tax (one item to verify) and click on calculate tax, the system is not able to operate correctely to my request

! I have this problem after the upgarde project from 4.7 to ECC6
