Collective deletion flag to Orders

Please let me know if therre is a way to assign Deletion flag COLLECTIVELY to many orders at a time.

You can also use Program RIARCORVS to set the deletion flag for no of order at a time

Just use T-Code SE38

Enter the program name RIARCORVS

Execute (F8)

You will get the selection screen

Put the order list into it

Select the radio button 'Production', and Execute (F8)

Prerequisite: All Orders must be in CLSD status

is it possible that in SAP version 4.6C this program does not exist?

You can do it by 2 options

1) LSMW - take one order do recording of deletion flag and then run with your complete order list.

2) BDC - with help of your ABAP team create a BDC and the run the complete list of order to apply deletion flag.

we did it with LSMW recording: worked perfectly
