Check for comparing div in notification and material master

Dear Experts,

I want system to through the error at the time of creating notification with Q1-customer complaint.

system has to check div entered in under notification reference object and material master.

if div entered by user is not matching with div maintained in material master system should through the error message.

Please suggest which user exit we should use.

Hi Don,

Check userexit QQMA0001 (when you press ENTER) or QQMA0014 (while saving the notification).

You can decide this depending on your requirement.

What is process ?who enters the devision in Notification & who put it in material master.? can you not directly populate through material master depending upon the sales order or material-plant combination.
