Dear All

I have installed SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1. Now appying Support stack 19 & 20.

While applying SAPKB70103, following error occured

*******************

Conflict resolution by including the CRT SAPKITL429 for Add-On ST rel.400

Message no. TN433

Diagnosis

The conflict check detected conflicts between the Add-On ST release 400 and the OCS Package SAPKB70103.

System Response

The system stops processing the queue.

Procedure

In order to resolve these conflicts, include the Conflict Resolution Transport (CRT) SAPKITL429 of the Add-On ST release 400 in the queue:

If it is an SAP Add-On, look for a CRT SAPKITL429 in the Software Distribution Center of the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/swdc).

If it is a third-party Add-On, contact the Add-On vendor and ask about the availability of the CRT SAPKITL429.

If the CRT is not available, you must remove the Support Package SAPKB70103 from the queue.

Hello Raj,

In the Support Package update guide for Solution Manager 7 EHP1, the recommended procedure is to generate a stack file and use SAINT and JSPM.

If you have Maintenance Optimizer in working order, it is best to use it.

If your Maintenance Optimizer does not work at the moment or you have no intention of implementing it right now, you may use the Support Package stack download application at http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks. When you download the relevant Solution Manager stack delta, it will have the XML in there.

Just FYI, the CRTs for the Basis packages in a Solution Manager queue are always component ST 400 Support Packages, and they should always be included in the queue. Please bear in mind that the main component of a Solution Manager stack is the ST component, so I don't recommend 'aiming for an ABA and BASIS and looking for CRTs', I recommend that you get information about the Support Package stacks and the level of each component and stick to the stack definitions. This way you will avoid losing your time trying to download unreleased ST 400 versions, like it often happens.

Please check out the http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks -> stack download application, and you can check the stack information clicking on the 'stack contents' button.

I hope this information helps.

Best regards,

Miguel Ariñ

Have you tried adding SAPKITL429 ? I would recommend you to read the SAP note came along with SAPKB70103. You can find the pre requisties for installing this in the note. Put all those in one queue and install.
