HI Experts,
I have a very big problem. Here it is:
I confirm a process order 123, all the materials are doing 261 movement and a 101 movement for a finishgood material. Then i reverse it via CORS transaction but the delilvered quantity in the PO was not cancelled.
When i check the confirmation via CORT, i cannot find the finished good material in the goods movement button.
However all the rawmaterials was reversed- doing 262 movement, but the finished good material that was in there was not doing a 102 movement.
When i tried to reverse it in MB1C, ive got an error that changed the inspection stock of material ABC in QM only.
Ive tried to replicate the issue in test environment but cannot come up with the same scenario.
can u please help me?
Thanks
Ellen
Hi,
Try to cancel the document by which 102 movement was happened .I do not think you need to give UD & post it yto unrestricted..
Simply try Cancel document by T code MBST & check whether system allows you to cancel the document....

Once the material is moved to quality it can not be reversed from there, so first clear the inspection and after getting the material to unrestricted then do the 102 movement against the order.

Dear ,
With 101 also inspection lot also created at same time.
So check whether UD completed for the same lot or not?

Dear,
Message No QA495?
If lot is created then Go to QA32>Usage decisionenter UD code-->do stock posting.
You can not clear a material theough stock posting screen in Inventory mgt if lot is alreay been created & stock is in QI.
This is as per standard SAP.
For more details please refer the Note 134673 - Insp.lot:Error mesg.QA495 when cancelling matl doc.
