Ordet Creation error

HI

While trying to create a work order for order type PM01 i am getting an error staing that

User Status UNAP is active (QNF#2) which is stopping me from creating any work order.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue

Hi,

Go to transaction OIBS and de-activate the user status which is pop-up you an error.

Hi

I would recommend to check the object's data (specifically the user status) for which you are creating a maintenance order. There is a possibility that for objects like funcational location / equipment / plant this user status has been set and preventing the maintenance order generation.

Please check if any status profile is assigned to your order type PM01 in transaction OIOG.
