Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter

Hi Experts,

When Message is raised using transaction NOTIF_CREATE. even though we have given SAP_SUPPDESK_create authorisation to user.

when we try to save the message. we get a error message "Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter"

Hi Sankar,

Have you maintained the entry for the system in the BP for the reporter

if you are posting a ticket for system A client 200 ,installation no XXXXXXXX Userid UID then

you need to maintain one entry in identification tab of general of BP for reporter

Goto BP in general role then identification tab

here..

choose CRM001 External System Identifier A XXXXXXXX 200 UID
