ServiceOrder created from WO-Get error when open PR "Entry Missing in tabl"

Hello All,

When we create a Service Work order (Control Key "PM03") through the operations tab in a Work Order(IW31), we recieve an error when we open the PR that gets created.

"Entry missing in table for Fund Center SP/"

From here we are not able to approve a PR.

Any suggestions.

In your case fund managment is active. So you need to go to PR change mode, There it will ask for fund center. provide the fund center and the you will be able to do approval task.

Manually open up the PR in change mode using transaction ME52 and analyze the error message.
