kilometer wage type in RT from Travel management

Hi Everyone

As per my client requirement we want to have kilometer wage type with number of kilometer and amount per kilometer and total amounts for the total kilometers in payroll RT from travel management.

Do i need to work on configuration or something else.

Please suggest as soon as possible

Hi,

Several travel expense data are stored in Cluster table TE (Transaction PRTE) - settlement results are stored in table ROT. And these data stored in ROT are in particular taken into account during accounting. As you might notice when checking ROT you will notice that ROT keeps data like wage type, currency, tax indicator and of course amount - information like the number of kilometers is not passed to payroll in SAP standard.
