Pie Chart border color change using CSS in Lumira Designer 2.1

Can any one help me in changing the pie chart border color using the css, i tried in many ways but could not able to set the border color.

Can you provide the following details:

1. What is the exact version, SP level and Patch level you are using for Lumira Designer 2.1?

2. What is the Datasource you are using?

Most chart properties can't be changed via CSS, but they can be changed using Chart Configuration editor.
