ROLE_NAME_SH field is not being populated in GRACROLE table for all roles

Due to this I am unable to search roles in access request.

However as per GRACRLCONN table it shows that roles are uploaded in GRC for corresponding system.

And it is only happening with ERP system roles. Role sych job being performed everyday.

I have taken some example and checked that if ROLE_NAME_SH field is maintained in GRACROLE table role can be searched using role name and not if ROLE_NAME_SH field is not maintained.

Most confusing thing is when I only search roles with system connector name all roles can be seen in list but not by role name.

Can you run the program "GRAC_ROLE_NAME_SH_CONVERSION" in your system and verify if it resolves your issue? If the program is not available then SAP has provided this program in note 2329234 - GRC UAM - Issues during Role Search in Access Request Creation which you can use to create in your system and then execute and check if that resolves the issue.
