Linking documents with audit plan

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement of linking document in DMS to Audit Plan. T-code for audit plan is PLMD_AUDIT.

The problem is we are not getting any object link for this. Also there is button in audit plan for attachments but it's inactive.

How to get the audit plan in object link?
