Dear All,

i am checking in PLKO, for task list type N & found around 3000 groups

How to get material number for the particular group number

Hi,

Thanks to both of you

Before only i did that

Let me explain

in CA03, if i execute at material level, then only i am able to see super routing

But, just inputting group number in CA03

i am getting 8 routings & also super routing ( for eight routings 8 plants are different )

Can you explain me how to understand this

Dear,

I think you have define the 8 routing under one group counter.

Normally system will allocate one group number to one routing. If you add alternative routing, this group is having group counter, it will increase to 2,3,...

If you have same type of routing for different material, you can add in one group number.

Put the f4 in the groupnumber tab in ca03 - and search by material. It will work for you.

Please chec the setting of group counter in OP8B Maintain Task List Types and Set SET/GET Parameters.

Dear Brahmankar,

once again thanks for reply

in Group number field if i am going with F4, then i am unable to get any input

if i give material & plant as input & press enter

then an pop-up is apperaing, in first line of pop-up & also second line

1) Group numer, 1600000, then group counter as 4, then task list discription then status as 4

2) Group numer, 5000000, then group counter as 17, then task list discription then status as 4

Can you explain me on this

Dear,

Yes right go to CA03 enter only Group and press enterafter that select one Group and click on details Icon Hat you will get all details of Group Counter as 1,2,...

Because under one group you have define the no of Group Counter as in transaction OP8B enter "N" for routing & check if the "TL" checkbox is activated. If so deactivate & then create new routing and check.

Dear,

Yes it is also possible. I think you have not read my reply properly " Normally system will allocate one group number to one routing. If you add alternative routing, this group is having group counter, it will increase to 2,3,...

If you have same type of routing for different material, you can add in one group number"

Just try this Take one material TEST 123 create routing system will save it under one group number.

Now again create the routing through CA01 here now enter material TEST123 and dfiierent group number in front screen and go ahead and save it.

After that for one material you will have different group number.
