I'm having trouble installing SAP Netweaver 7.50 SP2

Enable root in the application and install it with ./install.sh -s. He started the installation, after some time, accused this error:

There's a checksum error, try do download again. By the way, don't you prefer to install the more recent 7.52 SP1 instead ? I have attached the checksums of 7.52 files in this comment:

I tried this version, and gave it:

So, did you make sure that your downloaded files are not corrupted, by verifying the checksums? (install 7-zip, then Windows File Explorer context menu on the files)
