0CSM_CASE_LINKS PSA has 0 records but We have 13 records in CRM

Hi All,

I have a requirement for datasource (0CSM_CASE_LINKS) in which when I extract data by Info Package it shows 0 records but we have 13 records in CRM system. Can any one help me out please... !

1. I have checked my records in CRM (RSA3), found 13 records

2. Infopackage shows 0 recods...!

The second screenshot is also for RSA3.

Have you checked the job log? Is there any error?

Have you checked note 1244519? Does it help?
