Unable to open Crystal report using infoview.

I have one issue with Crystal reports. I am not able to open Crystal report using infoview.

In the infoview preferences Ia set the option web(no downloading required). If I set this to Java(downloading required) its working fine.

Please re-direct to the correct queue if you are not related to this topic.
