How to change HU status? in VEKP table.

Hi Gurus,

We have a situation where the Delivery has been packed and already PGI Completed.

For some reason business wanted to reverse the PGI and delete the Delivery. Though the PGI has been reveresed , we encountered an issue while deleting the Delivery.

Error says: HU STATUS is not allowed to delete the delivery. The status of the HU is 50 ( Post goods issue).

I think if we change it back to reuse or change status to 60(Deleted) then we can delete the delivery. What is the best way to either change the status of the Handling Unit or any other approach to get this issue fixed.

Hi,

what process did you do and how did you reverse the goods movement of the delivery? Which transactions did you use?

You should not change anything directly in database table VEKP as you could cause inconsistencies in your system.

Try removing the handling units from the packing tab in delivery header. There is a button to delete the assignment. Once this is done, you should be able to delete the delivery.
