Hi Gurus,

The business wants the pricing in the billing document will be re determined but it needs to use the 'pricing date' as captured in the sales document.Currently the billing document is considering the acutal GI date as the date for pricing in billing. Could you please let me know what are settings required in copy control to achieve this functionality.

REgards,

Hari

You can check the Condition Type setting in T-CODE: V/06.

There is a setting named "Pricing Date" in Control data 2.

Pls try to set the value equle E -- Order date (KOMK-AUDAT).

Maybe it works, hope it can help you.

Hi Yang,

I have changed the settings for the condition type in V/06 from B to E still I am getting same problem in billing document.I will explain my scenario in detail the condition records in the system will expire on 31.12.2009 and the sales order pricing date is 21.11.2009 and actual GI date is 27.03.2010, In billing document system has to considered pricing date of the sales order to fetch the condition records.

Hi Hari,

Please cross check again, as per my understanding for determination of pricing, system considered the Serv. rendered date.

If you are talking about the contract then serv. rendered date is depend on the last day of billing period.

01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010 -

> Serv. rendered date should be 31.12.2010

Dear,

Go to the VTFA code this is the copying control for Sales orders to Billing documents.Select your biling document and the sale document line.Go to the header option.

In that check the pricing option.

That will solve the problem....

Hello Hari

This problem can be solved through copy controls , sales order to - billing copy control , you need to maintain your require option in that , copy data with changable mode , copy data unchangable mode, so you need to maintain the option with changable mode, it is header level . item level , shcedule line level

hope this will solve your problem

Hi

In general the PRICING DATE in Billing document will determine based on the BILLING DATE and the BILLING DATE based on ACTUAL GI date provided if it is a Delivery related Billing

You can change the Billing date manually while creating the document

If it is order related document then it will fetch the PRICING DATE from the PRICING DATE of Sales order.

Please check and revert back if you need more infor.
