PO Sent to vendor before release through E-mail

Hi experts,

We got a scenario in our production environment. PO 4500004604 has been created in 23/01/2010. But this PO was E-mailed to vendor on 10/02/10. The issue is, this PO has been sent to vendor through E-mail before releasing. My question is is it possible ?

If possible what will be the case. PO has to undergo release becasue this PO met the all the values to undergo release.

check your release criteria

If you have set release for PO values up and above INR 1 and u r purchase order is for 75 paise, then it will not go for release.

Check such points of release and compare your PO with that

Relase strategy is designed on purchase group level. Once this purchase group is created PO it has to undergo releasing.

After release same person might have revoke the release strategy.Please check the PO changes in table
