Problem with CK11N

Hi,

When running Ck11n in simulation mode, for one parent material the cost for the dependent materials is not getting calculated only for parent material the cost is calculated for the rest of other materials system is calculating the costs for all the dependent materials as well as for parent materials.

I checked the Material master Costing view of this problematic Dependent Materials where it is ticked as Costing with Qty structure.

I checked the BOM of the parent material for cost relevancy and found costing relevancy in BOM items.

Now what are the other areas relevant for pp for CK11N to identity the problem?

Hi Pavan

I mean to say, if the material price is Rs.10 and the costing lot size is 10000, then unit price will be 10/10000 = 0.001(negligible price). In this case system will not display any cost, but when you increase the costing lotsize in the CK11N, it will show the cost.

u2022Checked for any changes of material master in Price control or any other price up-dates manually.

u2022Checked whether the validity date of BOM falls in costing run date.

u2022Checked the Material price and costing lot size in material master.

u2022Check for the dependent material status (Active/In-Active) in that plant

all the above found ok but still not calculating

Whether it is giving error messages in CK11N transaction, check out the errors and its descriptions.

Check the Validity date of BOM and costing run date.

Check the Material price and costing lot size in material master.
