Web channel E-Service and ISU


Hello guys;

Probably a newbie question i'm sorry about that.

CRM 7.0 WEb Channel E-Service retrieves all the Service datas from a connected ISU solution? If so, all those data (reading information, billing, invoicing etc...) can be showed and elaborated in the frontend interface?

Is there any best practice i can browse to have a better picture of the above?
