Web channel E-Service and ISU

Hello guys;

Probably a newbie question i'm sorry about that.

CRM 7.0 WEb Channel E-Service retrieves all the Service datas from a connected ISU solution? If so, all those data (reading information, billing, invoicing etc...) can be showed and elaborated in the frontend interface?

Is there any best practice i can browse to have a better picture of the above?

Thanks for the answer but i don't see any CRM-ISU integration in those scenarios. What i'm trying to figure out is how is functionally possible to retrieve data from ISU and show them in the front end web application. Is there anything about that somewhere?
