SAP GUI Issue

Hi Expert,

I have some SAP GUI issue.

I using the SAP GUI 710 and patch level 16. and my PC is Windows XP(home edition).

Sometimes, My PC freezing and shut down when i use the SAP transaction and some SAP screen.

It just stop the all action on PC and i can't move the mouse cursor. so i usually reset the my pc.

I checked my window's system dump file and SAP GUI log file, but i can't find related log messages.

What is the problems?

I want to know what's wrong with my SAP GUI.

When dealing with XP, I have only had experience with the Professional version.

Looking at Note 66971, I do not see that Windows XP Home Edition is supported. That being said, I do not know if it has worked for anyone else but it does not appear to be supported on Home.
