Compensation worksheet not launching for planners

We currently have 2 legal entitys and 1 Legal entity planners worksheets are launched but for the other legal entity planners worksheets say 0 worksheet launch and was sucessful.

I am not sure why this is doing this, we have amended target poplulations, permissions have been given to planners.

    Hello Sadeshni,

    There are two possible solutions I have found to this issue.

    The first can be identified through the Define Planners tool. Depending on the hierarchy type, you might need to take additional steps to identify who the planners are in the hierarchy for that legal entity. If the planners are not assigned, they will not have any sheets launched.

    More often, I find that the reason sheets are not launching is because there are no eligible employees. Again, you can go to Define Planners and export the Ineligible Users file. Check to ensure that some of the planners employees are not shown on that list. If they are, you may need to revise eligibility rules to not exclude people in that legal entity.
