Gross recollection

When an employee has resigned, dismissed or terminated. Typically employee receive a vacation payout. If this employee has a balance in his gross recollection. Employer likes to collect all the remaing balance through his gross recollection. What would be best process either configuration or rule to setup the system.

Try run payroll for the terminated EE and you will have the claims created in /561. Check the SAP documentation for clearing the claims. There are many ways to clear it.
