SDK Library vs. Lumira Designer SAPUI5 Library

Hello Experts,

i have a question regarding SDK library versions.

if i want to create an SDK Component which is newer compared to library version of lumira designer.

is this possible at all?

i.e.

sap.ui.comp.smartmicrochart.SmartLineMicroChart

is available from version 1.60

wheras Lumira Designer 2.2 has SAP UI5 library 1.40 or 1.45.

Hello Younes,

no, this is not possible. If you want to build an SDK component from SAPUI5 controls, they have to come from the version that ships with Lumira. If you would try to load a different SAPUI5 version completely or partially, you would end up in chaos.
