Hello:
This is urgent! I hope that someone gets back to me, ASAP. 🙂
In SAP Business One for HANA, the manager user is locked in one company and there are no other Super Users.
I know that it is against proper procedure, but can I remedy this simply by reviewing the OUSR table in that company's database in HANA and changing the lock setting from "Y" to "N". If so, what is the exact script for this?
If there is another way, other than calling SAP Support, please let me know. We don't have time to contact support, at this time.
