Would like to understand on the below issue.

I have documents for one specific GL where it is available in BSEG table.

However that particular document is not visible/available in FS10N, FBL3N (Balance search) also in the tables BSIS and BSAS.

I found the description for the missing GL's as accrual entries. Is that accrual entries will not flow into BSIS & BSAS tables... Please help me to understand on this funtion

Found answer to the question i posted.

Question: The line items which are available in BSEG table are not available in BSIS, BSAS, FS10N and FBL3N options.

Answer: Found that those line items are Recurring documents, these type of documents are not accounting document. They are used as template to post the recurring expenses like insurance, incentives, bonus and etc.,

The trigger factor is that the document number is different than normal/regular document number. To view the recurring document use tcode FBD3, whereas for normal accounting document FB03. The number ranges for this document normally starts with 9**** series, created with special/unique number type "X1". Thank you
