I'm a bit (to say the least) disappointed by the support I'm (not) receiving.
More than a week ago I posted an request to reset the activation code of my copy of Xcelsius 4.5 Pro.
Actually I find it hard to believe that this is apparently the only way to get any asistance.
Anyway: Up till now no reaction.
With Business Objects I never had a complaint about service.
You must know I recently purchased an upgrade to Engage 2008.
That is the main reason I want to reinstall, just to be to be able to upgrade to the last version.
It doesn't look good, I spend around 800 euro and getting nothing in return.
So I repeat my request once more.
I am re-installing 4.5 pro on a new machine, and have reached my activation limit.
My product serial number is <removed text>
Could you provide me a new one?
