Synchronization with BI Platform fails on Lumira Designer, when I try to upload my document

I have a problem of the synchronization with BI Platform fails on Lumira Designer, when I try to upload my document.

Has anyone encountered a problem? How to solve?

I added in hosts IP/DNS of the server

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 6
Version: 14.2.6.2839

SAP Lumira Designer Release 2.2 SP0 (Version: 22.0.0)

It's not migration/update BI Platform problem from one version to other. Absolutely new installation.
