Hello Experts,
We work on SAP Solution Manager 4.0. Can anybody help us by giving the stanard report transaction codes for solman. Basicaly we are interested in the reports which give us the daywise bifurcation of the status of solman ticket. That is, for how much time perticular ticket was in customer action or new status.

Hi,
I doubt if there is any standard report for status changes details.
IF you have configured start profile, you will get the report for IRT from trxn :crm_dno_monitor or from trxn: solar_eval > SOlution> service desk.
All the details about single ticekt you can see from crmd_order> open the transation /message> Extras--> change document
using data available here you have develop report for time taken in each user status.

We are using the same report. But its bit uneasy to go to change document of each and every ticket. Also in this report we could not find how much days the notification lay in New status or in In-process status. We require somewhat in following format.
Ticket number New Customer action In-process
000001 1Day 1.3 Days 1 Day
000002 1.3 Days 2.3 Days 1 Day
000003 3 Days 3.4 Days 1 Day
We are not bothered about days, week or hours etc. The purpose is to indentify how much time every ticket took stage wise. May be through ABAP this possible but we are looking for standard reports.

Hi Anand,
as posted earlier, there are no std sap report for getting the status vise report.
for my customer we developed abap report for this and calculation was based on time mentioned in change document.
IRT(initial response time (new to inprocess)) can be achieved directly from Std SAP report
