We sell low value made to measure products that are installed on site. eg cupboards / bookcases
If there is a problem, then customer will ring us up and we will go and fix for free. We want to record this repair/fix in SAP ECC (we don't want to use SAP CRM Service), particularly we want to record the time taken, distance travelled and maybe spare parts and then pay employee who fixes it a bonus (if they were not the original employee who installed the product).
We were thinking of using a service order, but is there another way. We don't have equipment records (equivalent of ibase).
