What do we need to purchase to use the Cloud Build Service?

Previously, SAP and the Web IDE provided its Cordova Build capability through the Hybrid Application Toolkit (HAT) Local Build feature. SAP is dropping support for the Local Build feature and replacing it with something often referred to as the Cloud Build Service. Unlike HAT Local Build, the Cloud Build Service is not included in our current SCP entitlement (we purchased "SAP HCP, app services package, std ed."). What is the minimum that we need to purchase to allow a handful of developers to use the Cloud Build Service? When looking in https://cloudplatform.sap.com/capabilities/estimator.html, what is what we need to purchase exactly called? The only thing we are looking to purchase is Cloud Build. We do not need SAP's entire Cloud mobility solution.

There is a dizzying array of names thrown about in this space: Fiori Services, Mobile Services, SAP Cloud Platform mobile service for SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform for development and operations (Mobile Services), Mobile Devops, and "Mobile Services, std" are all names that I have seen. In the Cloud Platform Estimator, I see the names SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, Mobile Service for Development and Operations, and Mobile Service for Development and Operations Consumer Edition.

In my Cloud Platform trial account, the service that provides the Cloud Build Service is called "Mobile Services, std" (see below). I believe this is what I am looking for. I just don't know how to buy it.

Steven - there are a couple approaches here. For cloud build, indeed you are correct that Mobile Services license is required - likely standard assuming that you are targeting employees. You need a license for every user that consumes the app created by the build service.
