Send solman alerts as SNMP traps?

We want to send solman alerts as SNMP traps to an external monitoring solution.

Can someone please provide info on how to do it?

I have a similar problem. I want to send snmp information to an external monitoring solution. At this link did all that they say, but nothing helped. Is there a step by step guide setting Central Auto-Reaction Methods as CCMS_OnAlert_SNMP_TRAP?

It is necessary that any warning came on snmp on a particular host.

I am new to SAP, may be something I do not understand. Thank you in advance for any advice.
