Auto PO post GR in S/4HANA

Hello There,

Can someone please help me urgently.The client wants Purchase Order to be created automatically post GR and I have done the following settings.

• Ticked auto po in BP and Material Master
• Created Info Record
• Created source list
• Ticked Auto PO in movement type 501 and 101
• Assigned default document type for PO-NB
• Assigned standard purchasing organisation to Plant
• Entered Purchasing Group in Material Master

When I am creating the GR ->Others and selecting movement type 501 and saving the GR no PO is generatef.

Similarly when I am doing GR->Purchase Order and adding the material after clicking non-ordered item it is asking me to enter net price.

Can someone please help me urgently.

501 is used to create GR without PO. Try the same for 101 movement type. Auto PO is applicable only for 101 and 161 movement type.

Try to search in community, I am sure you will find lot of threads.
