Unable to Add PO after it has being approved on the System

Hello,

I have a client that is having an Issue with Adding PO's into the System after it has being Approved saying Could not commit Transaction Error-1 detected during Transaction ''(PRQ1) with a Professional License. My concern is that a Superuser on the System can add the PO after Approval . Please i need help ASAP.

Make sure there is no transaction notification deployed in satabase it happens due to error in transaction notification.

Hi,

Check whether SAP add on license is allotted to the particular user code in license administration window, if not then allot the same and try adding the document from the respective user account.

I have done that on the system and still the same thing

Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction '' (PRQ1). Is there any other way to resolve it? Then how do i detect if there is an FMS on the database?

Hi,

Check the following on the COPY of the database:

1. If there is any add-on, try by stopping the add-on.

2. Remove/comment any additional code in the SP_TransactionNotification.

3. Any FMS(formatted search)? Remove the same and see if then it works.

If any of the above helps, then pinpoint the problematic point and debug the issue.
