WebUI documentation suggestions

Hi Guru's,

I'm fairly new to WebUI and wanted to ask if any could provide suggestions on WebUI documentation. I'm looking for good information on configuration, ongoing maintenance tasks, what is involved, complexity...etc. Currently our WebUI work is done by a 3rd party and we would just like to have a better understanding of how the entire process works.
