SAP Work Manager SSO with SMP LDAP Authentication not accepting correct user credentails

We have setup SAP Work Manager SSO with LDAP Authentication using Windows AD server but the link not accepting correct user credentials ( Network Credentials ) . We referred to below link for setting up the connection.

Error screen shot and configuration of security profile has been attached. Please help.

The error log says "#WARN#com.sybase.security.ldap.LDAPLoginModule######Unbalanced parenthesis javax.naming.directory.InvalidSearchFilterException: Unbalanced parenthesis"

I also checked the note 2562059 and tried to remove "change the & element to & character" but same result.

Hi Shravan,

What is your SMP server version? There was a bug that the SSO generator got not invoked when it was stacked with other auth providers, despite it always must invoke. You can see the problem in KBA 2660680 - SAPSSO2 Generator is not invoked

Despite the KBA says that the other providers should be set to sufficient I'm not 100% sure that it's really a requirement. If you give us a feedback then I can update the KBA.
