Customize message processer authorization in solution manger servicedesk

Hi ,

Iu2019ve a typical requirement form the client.... client wants to restrict message processers should only update description in the ticket after completion of the work he has to do. Later ITHelp desk team can reassign or close this ticket. i.e. only ITHelp desk can create, reassign and close the ticket... Please let me know the authorization object for the description field/box in the crm_dno_monitor.
