DISPATCHER DOWN AFTER REBOOTING SYSTEM

Hi Gurus,

After completing installation of ECC6.0 with ABAP in windows 2003.. During post installation in RZ10 transaction i have decreased DIALOGUE process in instance profile and i fixed the default client as well.

after restarting the system when i am tried to start the server dispatcher stopped.
