Hi experts
Can we add a URL mashup in the Ticket QC screen? The scenario is escalation. When an agent needs to escalate, they will need to fill out a Google Form. They still don't want C4C to adopt the form so they still use Google Form. The link needs to be accessible in the Ticket QC screen when the Service Category is set to a certain value e.g. NRF Google Form escalation.
Can this be done? I tried creating a URL mashup with category "Productivity and Tools" and port binding "Ticket Information", but was not able to add the URL mashup in the Ticket QC screen. Do I have to tweak my mashup in a certain way before I can expose it in the desired screen? Please help.

Some views don't have the port binding delivered there, in your case, you can remove the port binding from your mashup and it shall appear in the list for be added in the Tickets QC.
