problem after install sap gui 750 and patcch 7

Dear all

the log on window shows messy code for Chinese characters after i install sap gui 750 and patch 7. you can check my uploaded screen shot. however, when i click go to details, my system description shows well in Chinese . pls help.

Does this only happen with patch 7. Patch 8 hotfix 1 is now released, does it also occur with this patch?

i install the patch 8 hotfix 1. unfortunately the bug still exist.
