GTS block on only one customer and one material combination

Hi Experts,

I have peculiar requirement.

For ABCD material going to a customer (ex:-20000000) – Orders needs to be blocked in GTS so that manually it can be released later
For ABCD material going to other customers – no block required on the SO
For customer 20000000 and with other materials – no block required on the
So the requirement is to block only the order in GTS used with ABCD material and Customer 20000000. Once it is blocked, client wants to release it manually later.

I would appreciate your expert opinion.

Hi Manohar,

This can be achieved through License management in Legal control. License should be set for Product No. and Business Partner. Accordingly for each product no. you can add any number of Business partners that needs to be blocked.
