In Planning Filter app do we need to select each individual SKU to include in the filter? Is it not possible to copy large No. of SKU’s from note pad or Excel sheet? In Excel add on, run operator filter section we are able to copy multiple SKU’s, but we are getting 200 limitation error. What is the best way to create filters for huge No. of SKU’s? If we need to do it from Excel add in, is it possible to copy more than 200 SKU’s by changing any global settings.

Hi Jeff

Thier is 1 option with which you can do that.

First you need to update the MAX_FILTER_VALUES parameter as mentioned by Ankur. Then in excel let say you have the SKU list from cell A2 to A 300. From Cell B2 to B300 update the cells with ";" value and then concatenate A cell and B cell to C cells. Once done copy all the cells from C2 to C300 and paste with transpose option in some other sheet. Transpose will paste the data horizontally. That data you can copy and directly paste in the filter input.

If you select multiple SKU in the filter, you will see that the values are saved as SKU1;SKU2;SKU3 and so on.

Hi Jeff,

MAX_FILTER_VALUES is the Global parameter you can use. But there is a limitation for the same. Please refer to the Global parameter guide.
