availabilty check not confirm

Dear All,

i am facing a problem in availability check.

i have material in plant & have enough stock to create sales order.

if i am creating sales order at that time material is confirm but after saving if i am going to change mode of sales order system is

showing zero confirmation.what will be the reason behind this.

Hi Ajit,

Please check the field "Special Stock" in your iten category, is it blank or not?

Also check your order in VKM3, if there is any credit block then you have to remove it from here.

When you go again in VA02 then check the availablity for item by Selcting the item --> Edit (Menu) --> Check availability.

See whether system confirm the quantity or not?

Hi

KIndly check the below points

1. delivery block is maintained in the sales order or not.if it is maintained system will blocked for confirmation.

2. check for the any letter of credit is maintained in the sales order( GOTOitemBilling document-) if it is maintained system will ask for financial document

3. KIndly check the incompletion log in the sales order
