Adding approvers and reviewers to create shopping cart

Hi Experts,

I have created a shoping cart with FM "BBP_PD_SC_CREATE".But I have a one problem, how can i add the approvers and reviewers to create the shopping cart.In standard ITS service ,Approvers and reviewers are triggered a workflow.Can u suggest me is there any FM to add approvers and reviewers to shopping cart.

I found some of FM's ,BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_INSERT,But I don't know the test data.Can u suggest me.

Hi,

why not change the approval badi to incorperate your logic of automatically created shopping carts.

Hi Rob,

Why we go for badi.I have added reviewers to shopping cart and triggered workflow and approvers are triggered workflow but didn't show the mail.Because approvers are not passed workflow.can u suggest me.

Approvers :BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVER_INSERT

Reviewers : BBP_PDH_WFL_REVIEWER_INSERT.

I have used the above FM's.reviewers are working successfully but approvers are not working.Can u suggest me pls.
