Hi,

If the job is running, you can not really "pauze" it...if you have access you could "debug" its like pushing the pauze...

A job normally only takes 1 process, but it could be using dialogs also ... So i really need to know a bit more about the problem before I can give more advice.;

One job (scheduled by CUAUSER) was generating a lot of individual background jobs that occupied all system processes and caused the system to be unavailable. I just want to hold this particular job (runs every 3hrs) and ask the admin who has created this to examine.How ?

Thanks

Rajesh.

Hi

follow the reco from Sunny Pahuja: put it back into sheduled

OR

postpone the start time till far in the future

both options work.

Hi,

You can change the status of job from released to scheduled to hold the jobs.

Thanks
