After creating the ZMIR from ZMBR I stuck with the issue that checklist AB is not visible in the ZMIR transaction.
When I create in SMIR is transaction checklist is visible!!
My SPRO customizing is following :
1. in SFW5 CRM_IC_CEBP and CRM_SHSVC (as well as CRM_ITSM) are active.
2. Check list prof is associated to the ZMIR!
I also read the Dolores Correa FAQ link on the 7.2 subject - especially chapters 6 and 7!
Running Solman 7.2 SP 3
I hope someone else had the same problem and hopefully they found out solution.
