CRM - Issue - CMS_PPDL tcode not fetching records

Hello Everyone,

Whenever we execute the tcode for the given edible date the records like Channel Partner, Internal producer etc are not getting fetched up. I need to analyze and update them the reason for the cause. Since I am new to CRM it is difficult for me trace the scenario.

Need help :

  1. What might be the reason for non fetching records, whether Date or in database table?
  2. What are the tables used for this condition? Found out the table CMSD_CI_HEADER.
  3. If the problem is date in case how can we trace out the cause?

Help me please.
